Canadian study says vitamin D levels and breast cancer are linked

A new Canadian study says women with low levels of vitamin D are more likely to die from their breast cancer within ten years.  Vitamin D deficiency is prominent in women with breast cancer.   Results of the study show that only about 24 percent of women with breast cancer have enough vitamin D.  Women with the deficiency are much more likely to develop breast cancer before reaching menopause.
