Monounsaturated fatty acids or MUFAs are healthy fats that help protect against chronic diseases and can aid in weight loss. MUFAs are a key part of the Flat Belly Diet. Major MUFA foods are oils, nuts and seeds, avocado, olives and chocolate (yes, chocolate!).
“Not all fat is bad, in fact it’s important to have some fat in your diet,” Brandi said. The key is knowing which ones are bad. Saturated fats are some of the bad fats and generally come from animals.
The recipes section contains the five recipes presented in the Pink Essentials meeting June third. Prevention.com says by eating one serving of MUFAs at each meal, belly fat reduction can be easier.

Deborah is doing a diet with no sugar. She brought Blue Diamond sugar free vanilla and chocolate almond milk. She also brought a natural sweetener called Stevia. It comes in extract form and can be purchased at Drug Emporium and natural food stores.
